HKDSE Maths M1 Mock Paper: Calculus and Statistics

This 100-mark sample follows the HKEAA M1 question-answer book: Section A has 8 elementary short questions of 5 to 7 marks, each with one mark total, and Section B has 4 long questions of 12 or 13 marks, 50 marks per section. Allow 2 hours 30 minutes. It covers probability distributions, conditional probability, the Poisson, binomial and normal distributions, confidence intervals, the expansion of e^x, differentiation, integration by substitution, the trapezoidal rule and an exponential growth model. Model answers use HKEAA 1M/1A marking, with answers exact or to 4 decimal places.
