What happens when the launch offer ends?

Launch prices are available for checkouts started before the end of 31 January 2027 (Hong Kong time). After that, new purchases are charged the regular price. If you subscribe monthly before then, you keep the launch price for as long as your subscription stays active.

Who can buy the HK$10 trial?

Any account that hasn't had Studify Plus before. It gives 7 days of Plus and does not renew.

Do passes renew automatically?

No. The trial, 30-day pass and season pass are one-off payments. Buying another pass adds its time to any you have left.

How do I cancel a monthly subscription?

Open your profile and choose Manage subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.
